Ever since our trip to the Hamptons, my friend Dawn and I have been craving lobster rolls! A couple months ago I had had a lobster roll at Catch in Red Bank,NJ which is walking distance from my house so we decided to have a lunch date! They are one of the best lobster rolls I have ever had, Chef Dom uses fresh croissants from Antoinette Boulangerie (a local french bakery in town) and not too much mayo which is key for me, too much mayo is a no no for me. Anyway the combination of the flaky, buttery croissant, lumps of lobster meat and fresh potato chips is to die for.
